Return and Refund Policy

We want every cup to feel right. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will make it right with a replacement or refund.

What can be returned

Unopened teas and accessories in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund to the original payment method. For health and safety reasons, opened teas cannot be returned or resold. Sale items are final sale.

Food labeling

Our teas are packaged foods. Bohío is responsible for ensuring ingredient lists and net weight are accurate and displayed on product packaging in compliance with FDA food labeling requirements. Please read all labels before consuming.

How to start a return

To request a return or report a damaged or incorrect order, please contact us at [contact email to be added]. Please include your order number and photos if the item arrived damaged.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
